What responsibilities will we need you to assume?

  • Monitoring campaign performances to determine their effectiveness based on the results achieved
  • Consulting with all agency specialists to provide guidance on the marketing project shared with the client
  • Ensuring that the results obtained are consistent with the KPIs related to the customers' target

What will your main tasks be?

  • Developing SEO strategies in line with the objectives shared with customers
  • Carrying out SEO audits, competitor analysis and keyword research
  • Identifying and implementing on-site and off-site actions aimed at improving website rankings
  • Analysing the performance of organic traffic, backlinks profile and website content in order to identify the actions for the growth of traffic and conversions
  • Setting up and checking the proper functioning of conversion tracking using Web Analytics tools (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics)
  • Creating SEO Parameters
  • Creating Redirects
  • Producing content from an SEO perspective
    Creating and updating dynamic reports with Data Studio
  • Performing link building activities
  • Creating and send monthly reports to customers
  • Training the agency's clients
  • Participating in internal meetings for new project start-ups
  • Participating in meetings with clients for the presentation of reports and the discussion of the results
  • Participating in internal meetings with the team for updates and alignment on projects

What we need you to have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in an agency or as a freelancer
  • Knowledge of digital communication tools, markets and trends
  • On-site and off-site SEO skills

  • Competence in Google Analytics
  • Competence in Google Ads and Social Ads
  • An aptitude for teamwork and autonomy in personal assignments
  • Good organisational skills
  • A desire to learn and improve
  • A focus on customer satisfaction
  • Planning, synthesis and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Availability for occasional short- and medium-haul travel
