UX Designer

The person we are looking for will be responsible for designing and following the development of websites and eCommerce platforms and for coordinating and growing the agency's team of developers.

• Designing responsive and user-friendly website development, with a focus on UX/UI design and SEO
• Managing the team of developers, guiding and motivating them and resolving any conflicts within the team, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment in order to achieve company objectives
• Identifying new trends, technologies and tools in software development to keep the team and agency at the forefront of the market

• Basic knowledge of WordPress
• Knowledge of SEO principles and strategies to optimise websites and ensure maximum visibility on search engines
• Knowledge of basic digital marketing principles to integrate coherent communication strategies within websites and e-commerce sites
• Knowledge of web analytics tools and performance metrics to monitor and continuously improve user experience and conversions
• Basic knowledge of programming languages and web technologies such as HTML and CSS
• Minimum knowledge of JavaScript, PHP and object-oriented programming languages
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce
• Knowledge of privacy and data security regulations, such as the GDPR, and the ability to ensure that the software solutions developed comply with these regulations
• Experience in identifying and adopting new trends, technologies and tools in the software development sector to keep the team and agency at the forefront of the market
• The ability to work closely with the creative team, marketing team and account managers to develop effective web solutions in line with customers' marketing objectives
• The ability to manage customer relations and present results and progress clearly and effectively

• At least 3 years of experience in web development and e-commerce, preferably within communication and marketing agencies
• Previous experience in managing development teams
• A portfolio of projects you have developed demonstrating your possession of the required technical and creative skills
