The role of the CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist

What responsibilities will we need you to assume?

  • Designing and developing activities aimed at automating the marketing and sales processes of B2B and B2C companies;
  • Creating and deploying the best CRM strategies with the goal of improving customer experience and lead conversion performance;
  • Overseeing all the activities for the implementation and maintenance of our customers' CRM platform.

What will your main tasks be?

  • Business Process Analysis
  • Mapping the initial situation regarding our customers' lead management flows;
  • Operational development of the design and implementation of the identified CRM strategy;
  • Analysis of target audience, buyer personas, competitors and customer journey;
  • Development and implementation of the customer journey with a view to converting leads into customers through specific and targeted marketing strategies;
  • Operational set-up of email marketing/marketing automation software and related automation flows;
  • Creation and implementation of the Lead Scoring strategy;
  • Creation and implementation of Lead Management processes;
  • Identification of strategies to improve the use of the CRM: Implementations of pipelines, workflows, etc;
  • Analysis and segmentation of the customer database;
  • Creation of profiled DEMs with a view to retaining and securing the loyalty of existing customers;
  • Design and implementation of sales funnels;
  • Definition of editorial plans for email marketing campaigns, possibly in cooperation with the communications team and the customer;
  • Designing and managing email marketing campaigns for customers, email automation flows and marketing automation activities;
  • Optimisation of email marketing campaigns to maximise performances in relation to the objectives agreed with the customer;
  • Creation of customised Dashboards and analysis of key KPIs;
  • Customer training on the use of CRM
    Participation in internal meetings for new project start-ups;
  • Participation in meetings with customers for the presentation of reports and discussion of the results with the customer;
  • Participation in internal meetings with the team for updates and alignment on projects.

What we need you to have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in an agency or as a freelancer;
  • Knowledge of digital communication tools, market and trends.

  • Good organisational skills

  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) to individuals and groups
  • A focus on customer satisfaction
  • Planning, synthesis and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Availability for short- and medium-haul travel
