The role of the Account Executive / Project Manager

The person we are looking for will be in charge of managing customer relations, helping them to try new products and services, and supporting them in achieving their business objectives, also by devising marketing strategies (digital and otherwise).

What responsibilities will we need you to assume?

  • Identifying and defining business objectives with the customer and, where necessary, preparing an operational marketing plan
  • Ensuring that the projects developed by the OTO team are always aligned with the objectives and timelines shared with the customer
  • Developing long-term relationships with the agency’s clients
  • Developing commercial strategies (upselling) on acquired customers, aimed at increasing company turnover

What will your main tasks be?

  • Defining together with the customer the business objective to be achieved
  • Drawing up and presenting marketing strategies and plans to the customer
  • Supporting customers during all project phases
    Handling customer requests
  • Verifying presentations and reports before they are presented to customers
  • Collaborating with all specialists in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by objectively reporting customer observations
  • Upselling new business to existing customers
  • Verifying compliance with internal timelines and deadlines and in relation to any materials/information to be provided by the customer
  • Participating in internal meetings for new project start-ups
  • Participating in meetings with customers for the presentation and delivery of projects
  • Participating in internal meetings with the team for updates and alignment on projects

What we need you to have:

  • At least 5 years' experience in marketing agencies
  • Knowledge of digital communication tools, market and trends
  • Knowledge of web technologies
  • An aptitude for teamwork and autonomy in personal assignments
  • Good organisational skills
  • A desire to learn and improve
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) to individuals and groups
  • A focus on customer satisfaction
  • Planning, synthesis and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Availability for short- and medium-haul travel
